The product time need around 6-7 working days if less than 100,000pcs. 9-10 working days around if more than 100,000pcs. 15-18 working days if more than 1,000,000pcs.

The shipping time need around 2-3 days by DHL, 5-6 days by Air, 15-25 days by Sea

We as usual quote EXW price. We also can do FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU price.

PVC cards:
Seal and wrap poly bags per 250pcs;
250pcs per paper box;
Seal and wrap poly bags per box;
500/1000/2000/5000pcs per carton;
Sea and wrap poly bags per carton;
English label with card name, qty, carton number, start and end serial number;
6kg per 1000pcs;

Metal cards:
Individual poly bag per card;
100pcs per paper box;
100/200/500/1000pcs per carton;
1.5kg per 100pcs;

It need pay full if less than 1000usd.
Deposit 40%, pay off rest before shipping if more than 1000usd;
Monthly pay for VIP clients.
We accept TT, Western Union, PayPal etc;

We can send our current samples as free. Clients need pay the sample postage.
We can send these sample use customer’s DHL, Fedex, UPS account number. It need pay around 25-40$ sample postage if use our DHL account number.
It need pay 66$ if do a sample follow customer’s design file, 50$ for metal cards. We will return back the sample charge if the mass production more than 50,000pcs for PVC cards, or more than 1000pcs for metal cards.
It need around 5-7 days to produce samples.

We need vector format design files. Eps, cdr, pdf or PSD format are ok.
Jpg format file is ok too if just printing, but the jpg file size need more than 500dpi to ensure a high printing quality.
For PVC cards, The standard card size is CR-80, 85.6*54mm. the size is same with credit card. But we need design file with 89*58mm as we need 2mm bleed parts per edge.
For metal cards, we accept any size and any shape. So we need design file follow the actual card size and shape ok.

Yes, we have a wonderful and professional designer team. There’re 2 designers from France and Sweden. You can pay to get a excellent designs.
Of course, our China designers can make some simple designs as free.

We use German Heidelberg Offset Printer to do the printing, the color can be CMYK or PMS. Our ink is the Tiger ink from Japan. They both are the best machine and ink around the world. We have a full QC system.
If there are problems about the quality, we can redo it for you as free. but clients need pay for the shipping cost.

MOQ is 1pcs for PVC cards with digital printing. Our digital printing include double side overlay and laminated process still. For digital printing, per card can include individual numbers, names or photos.
MOQ 500pcs for PVC cards if offset printing or silk screen printing, and 3D cards.
MOQ 100pcs for metal cards, carbon fiber cards, wood cards;

Normally we print many client's cards together in one film file. All the printing color are proofread by the professional chromatography. It is normal CMYK color printing.
If customer need a color very strictly. We will print the cards use special film. And we will offset print the special color. It will ensure a very exact color. And it will need a 60$ special film charge.

if the cards have not started film file? You can change it.
If the cards started film file but have not started printing. You can change it but you have to pay 50$ film file.
If the cards started printing. Sorry, it can’t change it again. But you can save the delivery charge if you need not them again.

If the cards have not started, we will return back the charge.
If the cards started already, we will return back the delivery charge.

These different designs can been combined together to print if same material, same size, same thickness, same finish, and same process.
We have price list depend on different qty. so we will charge the price follow the total qty price level. But it still need charge a special film charge 50$. And it still need charge extra 10$ per design.
Per design need more than the moq and total design need small than 10 designs.

If you want faster, we can print your cards alone, it can save 1-2days as free. But if you want much faster, we also provide urgent service, the price will need more 66$ for a special film charge. The product time need around 4-5 days.

we often help our middle clients send goods to their customers to save their extra delivery charge. We know how to protect our middle clients. we will mark the sender as our middle clients from our DHL system. The final customers will see nothing for our info from the bill file.

We main focus on middle clients. we will give them around 70-90% discount price than our normal price level depend on their total order qty.

We accept pay per month for our VIP clients.
A middle client can apply to be our VIP client if they continue order us more than 1 year and their orders more than 50 designs per month.

We will help you study the marketing status from your place. If your local marketing is well and we have no big middle clients there. You can agent us.
